Scam Alert: Fake HotDoc Refund Messages

We’ve been made aware of a scam message impersonating HotDoc, offering a fake “Specialist Appointment Refund” with a “Claim Refund” link.

This is not from our practice or HotDoc. Please don’t click any links or enter personal/banking details. Delete the message if you receive it.

We’ve reported this to HotDoc and are monitoring the situation. If you’ve already clicked the link or shared details, contact your bank and report it at scamwatch.gov.au.
